Refund policy

We want you to feel completely comfortable in your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make the process simple and fair.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept returns for change of mind, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any marks

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


RETURN APPROVAL (IMPORTANT)

All returns must be approved before being sent.

Once approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address

We are not responsible for items sent back without prior approval.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos to assess the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Provide a refund

In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned with stains, scents, or damage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

COLOUR & FABRIC VARIATIONS

We take great care in accurately presenting our products.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
  • Fabric feel and tone may differ slightly between batches

These are natural variations and are not considered faults.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items do not meet return conditions.


LATE OR MISSING RETURNS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet our policy
  • Request additional information (such as photos)
  • Decline excessive or unusual return patterns

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
