The Night Edit July Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is The Night Edit Australia (“The Night Edit”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in Victoria, Australia.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on July 07th 2026 at 5:00pm AEST and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 July 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Night Edit who are directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter via Instagram or Facebook, eligible entrants must, during the Giveaway Period:

Follow The Night Edit on the platform through which they are entering; and

Comment on the official giveaway post stating which The Night Edit pyjama set they would choose if they won.
Entrants may enter once via Instagram and once via Facebook, for a maximum of two eligible entries per person.
Tagging a friend or sharing the giveaway is welcomed but is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted through fake accounts or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive one The Night Edit bamboo sleepwear set of their choice, subject to available stock, sizes, styles and colours at the time the prize is claimed.
The approximate maximum retail value of the prize is AUD $89.
The prize includes standard delivery to one valid Australian delivery address.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the winner’s preferred style, size or colour is unavailable, The Night Edit will work with the winner to select another available sleepwear set.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random draw will take place on 15 July 2026 in Victoria, Australia.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by The Night Edit through the official social media account associated with the platform on which their winning entry was submitted.
The Night Edit will never request payment, banking passwords or credit card details from a winner in order to claim the prize.
The winner may also be announced publicly on The Night Edit’s official social media pages.
8. Claiming the Prize and Redraw
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, The Night Edit reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid eligible entries.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.
Personal information will not be added to a marketing email list solely as a result of entering the giveaway unless the entrant separately provides consent.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram, Facebook and Meta are released from responsibility in connection with the administration of this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants must comply with the applicable terms and policies of the social media platform they use to enter.
11. General
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Night Edit reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the giveaway.
If the giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond The Night Edit’s reasonable control, The Night Edit may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
